The 2013 2nd annual Mad Mountain Mud Run, presented by Hunter Subaru, is slated to be a madder and muddier, crazier and filthier obstacle course race and festival this year  – all in Hendersonville, NC’s Berkeley Park and surrounding forests.

Join us on Saturday, June 1, for an adventure you won’t forget.  Teams of four will race the approximately 3 mile course and traverse mud pits, creeks, gooey crawls, climbing obstacles (you will need your teammates!) and more.  Those who dress in creative team uniforms will have the biggest smiles, and those who emerge the muddiest will have achieved a great victory (MUD RULES)!    Register here.

And unique to the Mad Mountain Mud Run — a full-blown festival with live music, food and local beer — all day!  Fun for racers and festival-goers, and a fantastic way to spend a Saturday this summer. Best of all, 100% of the proceeds from this awesome event  go to the non-profit children’s museum: Hands On! – A Child’s Gallery.  Hands On! provides unique and creative educational exhibits and activities for children and is located on Main Street in Hendersonville.  So, join us and get muddy for the kids!!

We need 200 volunteers to create this fabulous event! Click here for a Mud RunVolunteer Application.
